Route doesn't start to fly - Lokesh - 11-11-2017
Hi!
I have a route assigned to an aircraft. Icon says "On Ground, preparing for route" since few days but doesn't seem to fly.
I'm providing you the link of the Aircraft as well as the route ID which was assigned. Maybe that will help you?

Can you try deactivating the route, canceling the flights and then re-activating it?
If that doesn’t work I will have to check it when I get home

For some reason I guess your aircraft got stuck in "preparing for route" status, which was preventing the system from scheduling the flights. I reset your aircraft status and now it seems to be working okay.
Keep an eye on it and let me know if it happens again. Not sure what caused that.

Having the same problem with one of my aircraft. Was wondering why the game kept saying I had more routes than gates...

That plane works now but now I think I have 4 more aircraft having this issue. I'm showing 4 aircraft currently on the ground in LHR but at least based on local time currently I shouldn't have any currently in London.
