From what I can tell those are still open and operational, although may not have scheduled commercial air traffic to them.

Well, the DOH code has now been given to the Doha Hamad International Airport, so I hope that has been left intact/substituted in. Not sure about other ones, but pretty sure some other IATA codes, for example ATH and MUC, have been given to new airports.

Yes, all those were duplicates. So DOH was in the game twice, once as Hamad and once as Doha Intl. Same for the others. I just deleted the old ones.
