I don't get it... I've duplicated your route for my airline and it scheduled correctly. I will keep an eye on it to see what it does when it auto-schedules tomorrow.

Yeah, it is happening to me as well. Very strange... Must be some sort of scheduling bug. Not sure at the moment but I will look into it

This is fixed now. Let me know of any further issues. You'll have to wait for it to re-schedule (or cancel the flights and re-activate manually) for it to take effect.
