I have the same problem.
All my routes had load factors between 95-100%. They have all dropped to around 30-60%. Combined with the additional future costs of marketing this is a huge problem.
The drop came after the implementation of marketing and is still there today.

Looks like the problem still persists. And today two of my scheduled route randomly stopped.
