I don't think these airports are in Afghanistan. Most of these airports are in India and other Asian countries.
As far as I can guess only Herat and Kabul are actually in Afghanistan.

Unk, are you going to update every airport every year? That sounds like a lot of work. Or do you want us to just put airports here so only wanted airports can be updated?

No, just update occasionally as it's needed. Eventually we may switch to an area based demand system which would eliminate the need to update airport numbers but that's a ways off.
