RE: Can I haz "Insert plane here" please? - Carde - 10-10-2017 Type and number of emergency exits make the difference and that is also the issue of using max PAX as an indicator for seats. Say Unkown I should have a few days off end of this month, would you like the idea of me just going to calculate the floor space of planes taking into account walking paths and such and that we start working from those numbers as far as placing seats go, but of course keep to the fact that you cannot ever exceed the exit limit? RE: Can I haz "Insert plane here" please? - Unknown98 - 10-10-2017 I suppose that’d be ideal. How do you plan on calculating the floor space though? Seems difficult lol RE: Can I haz "Insert plane here" please? - Stebah - 10-10-2017 The 747-300 and -400 are exactly the same. Same staircase for the upper deck, same space in the upper deck and the same number of emergency doors. There is no difference between them. RE: Can I haz "Insert plane here" please? - luizdom - 10-10-2017 Stehah I do not understand what you mean analyzing the ACAPS of -300 and -400 in configuration all ecomony the 2 has capacity for 539 in the main and 85 in the upper RE: Can I haz "Insert plane here" please? - Carde - 10-10-2017 (10-10-2017, 08:58 PM)Unknown98 Wrote: I suppose that’d be ideal. RE: Can I haz "Insert plane here" please? - Stebah - 10-11-2017 (10-10-2017, 09:50 PM)luizdom Wrote: Stehah First of all... You are probably looking at the 747-200SR, the version made solely for the Japanese airlines for Domestic flights, although even that one is mentioned at having a maximum seating capacity on the main deck for 513 seats. The 747-200B, then one I'm talking about has according to Boeing: 478 seats on the main deck, the upper deck has a max capacity for 45 seats. Remember that the 747-200 didn't come with the stretched upper deck, only after KLM added it to their fleet it became an option. As the game uses the 747-200B and not the -200SR or the -200SUD (stretched upper deck), we should also stick to the data for the -200B. RE: Can I haz "Insert plane here" please? - luizdom - 10-11-2017 Well let's go, at first I did not understand about the -300 and -400 about what you wanted to say now about about -200, I lose a bit, I'm kinda bad in English, but anyway, let's see what unk's opniao about it , use FAA data, ACASP or Carde's suggestion. after this we see with details about the seats , I think it is more accurate to use data from ACAPS, strange the limits of the FAA are greater .... Okay I will try to explain. The Boeing 747-200, 300 and 400 all have the same fuselag length. The -200 has a shorter upper deck so the pax limit should be and is lower. But the -300 and -400 are basically the same frame, the only difference is the hardware. The wing was extended with 3,6 meters, fuel capacity was increased, slightly different engines and some other things. But the seating capacity of the -300 and -400 should be same although in game the difference is 110 seats. Both the -300 and -400 are marked as 539 seats main deck, 89 upper deck in the ACAPS. RE: Can I haz "Insert plane here" please? - luizdom - 10-11-2017 Yes, I did, of course. I think the difference is in galley, in ACAPS see the design of -100 and -200 in standard all economy in -300 has less galley ... about SP has no configuration all economy RE: Can I haz "Insert plane here" please? - Tesla - 10-24-2017 Could we add the Airbus A319 and A321 neo models? And potentially the E2 E-Jets. I know for sure that the a319 neo is not in the game, a321 I don't think is, and the E2 jets would be nice to add. There is no information aside from Embraer marketing literature currently though
