RE: Aircraft Leasing - Ryan97 - 09-01-2017 I think the fix may have only been effective on new orders RE: Aircraft Leasing - Unknown98 - 09-05-2017 The fix should have affected all current orders as well... that's strange. I'll put it on my list to look into sometime this week. You are correct on the employees thing, it shouldn't hire them until the aircraft is actually delivered. I'll have to fix that too. RE: Aircraft Leasing - Unknown98 - 09-28-2017 I made an update the the leasing system tonight, from now on your first 5 aircraft leases will be instantly delivered. I was going to apply this to new aircraft orders regardless of if they were purchased or leased, but if I applied this to purchased aircraft you would have to pay 100% payment terms for your first 5 aircraft. I figured new airlines might want to be able to place new orders and not be forced to receive them instantly so I decided to only apply this to leases. RE: Aircraft Leasing - khush37 - 09-28-2017 I leased 4 new aircraft yesterday, so the only instantly delivered aircraft will be the next one I order? RE: Aircraft Leasing - Unknown98 - 09-28-2017 The next 5 you order will be instant, it doesn’t count anything you already have at this point RE: Aircraft Leasing - Unknown98 - 10-06-2017 The "6th aircraft lease bug" where delivery of the 6'th aircraft onwards were delayed as if the first 5 instantly-delivered aircraft were still in the order queue, has now been fixed. RE: Aircraft Leasing - Ryan97 - 10-20-2017 Does leasing aircraft have a negative impact on credit ratings RE: Aircraft Leasing - Unknown98 - 10-20-2017 It does, but not to the extent it should. When you lease an aircraft the lease payments are added to your ledger 1 week in advance. Those upcoming payments count against your airline as liabilities in your debt/asset ratio. However there is only 1 weeks worth of payments stored, even though the lease agreement could be for up to 52 weeks. RE: Aircraft Leasing - Ryan97 - 10-20-2017 Okay thanks. Is that a future update that will happen RE: Aircraft Leasing - Unknown98 - 10-21-2017 Probably. Credit rating as a whole needs some work. |
