Yes!!! I even started limiting my time from 7 am to 7 pm for one airline based at my local airport cause the no civil flights are allowed to take off / land before 7 am and after 7 pm. For 12 hours it is both civil and military, and the next 12 hours (the night time) it is only for the Indian Air Force.
