PRESS RELEASE
ATLANTA, Sept. 22, 2019 -- American One Group today announced that its acquisition of transAmerican. The merger brings two of the country's favorite airlines under one brand. AmericanONE will also be gaining it's Federal Aviation Administration certification to allow the two airlines to operate as a single carrier next month.
Most of the rebranding has been completed, with gates and every billboard changed to match the company's new identity. All of the planes will be repainted to match the new livery by 2022.
