RE: Gates Busy - Ryan97 - 10-06-2017 Yes it was this issue i was seening too RE: Gates Busy - Ryan97 - 10-21-2017 Thought this issue might have gone away since the game reset but just had it with one of my LGW dedicated gates RE: Gates Busy - Unknown98 - 10-26-2017 Alright. Still don't know the cause of this issue. However, I've just created a script that checks for gate de-sync. If de-sync is found, it will be corrected within 5 minutes and your gate will be available to use once again. Should put an end to having to cancel the lease and then lease a new gate. Really bothers me that I can't find the root cause of this though lol. RE: Gates Busy - Ryan97 - 10-26-2017 I know. Seems like it should be so simple to lol RE: Gates Busy - PolarMonkey - 11-15-2017 I ran into an issue with my gate again today. I was looking back through my financial report to see what has been going on, and I noticed a line entry for not having an open gate in Montreal (YUL). However, I only have one route that flies into Montreal, so I'm not sure why I would not have a free gate, unless it had glitched and shown the gate as busy after it had left. I went back to my gate management page to see if I was getting the same error as before, but it was showing the gate as available. Perhaps the second flight was able to clear the gate again once it had left, which is why it now shows as available, who knows. RE: Gates Busy - Unknown98 - 11-16-2017 Several people have been reporting that recently. Seems like it started happening within the past week or so. I'm not sure what would be causing it, I'll need to look into it today RE: Gates Busy - PolarMonkey - 12-15-2017 Ran into a new one today. I'm not sure which flight number it was that landed, but at 0800, I had apparently had a flight land at FRA (I'm assuming DME > FRA, not sure on the flight number), and then it used my two shared gates, and I was charged 3 more gate fees after that. Not sure if it has anything to do with the issue in the new thread I posted as I haven't seen anything about a landing fee for the flight. Edit: I see Flight #3123 had landed at FRA at 0800. RE: Gates Busy - PolarMonkey - 12-31-2017 I now have new issues with gates being busy. I had deactivated and cancelled several routes to try and sort out my other issues, but the aircraft seem to still be taking up the gates. The status for the aircraft are showing as "On Ground". I have not reactivated the routes yet. RE: Gates Busy - Ryan97 - 01-01-2018 They do take up a gate all the time they are on ground though RE: Gates Busy - PolarMonkey - 01-01-2018 Hmm, could be that I never noticed before, but I thought that they only took up a gate when they were preparing or in turnaround. Disregard my previous comment then. |
