Sure needs some, but as for the leases they should not be negative if you are cash flow positive on those planes, aka if they make more than they cost.
Maybe make thew credit rating take into account the profit margin more? An airline with no debt and xx% of profit margin really should be considered a healthy business.

Good point, credit rating doesn't currently take into account financial performance other than whether or not you make late payments on aircraft deliveries.

You can now terminate a lease early. The early termination fee is shown on the aircraft details page and is equal to (Monthly lease * 3%) * Days left.
Only click it if you are sure you want to cancel the lease, because as of right now there is no confirmation.
