I mean one time I got moderately tipsy before my speech and it really helped a lot. Not sure I'd recommend that method though

Also, remember how you only sort of half paid attention while playing on your phone along with the rest of the class during the others presentations? Everyone else is during your presentation. No one is realy paying attention and it dosn't realy matter, that huge mistake you felt your made was likely not even noticed.

It doesn't work this way for everyone, but caffeine tends to calm me down when I'm nervous for some reason. I drink a coffee and I'm good for the next 20 minutes.
