Strategy to raise prices? - sargester - 08-20-2019
Does anyone in here have a good strategy to raise price and to increase your cost per mile to a more realistic number for your fleet type? I was thinking 10% increase to the base ticket prices would help and a .5 cent per mile increase would help for coach, i don't have a PE or J class so only coach matters for me... Any tips or tricks?

It all depends on your routes and awareness, amount of seats you offer.
To play it save just bump the base and per mile both with 10% each day and see what happens.
