Available Aircraft - Ryan97 - 03-20-2017

I don't think it's mistake I assume they have just not been added yet, but is there a reason why some of the aircraft on the research page are not avaliable to buy?

RE: Available Aircraft - chaitanya - 03-20-2017

Out of production, I think. It says, "In Production? : No"

RE: Available Aircraft - Unknown98 - 03-20-2017

Yes, out of production aircraft will only be able to be purchased through the used aircraft market, which I haven't created yet.

It is one of the first things on my list to add once I get all these bugs that have been reported fixed

Ah okay. Silly me should have seen that lol! I was trying to get an A318 for my LCY-JFK route. Thanks for filling me in!!

RE: Available Aircraft - POTKC - 03-20-2017

I doubt that will work. Check the runway requirements. You won't be able to fly an A318 out of LCY - BAW1 flies to Shannon first for a reason, they need to refuel as they leave LCY with very little fuel due to the short runway. Range limitations to accommodate shorter runways are not (yet) simulated by Airline Enterprise. I thought I would be able to fly E175s out of LCY as it's done in real life but, alas, it was not to be...

Yeah I know on the outbound journey it stops in Shannon. That's how I used to work it in the CA. Just looked though and your right. The A318 runway requirements would not be met by LCY

A good aircraft to fly from us the CS100 on slightly longer routes
