Loosing reputation - Dokhu - 04-15-2017 Hi. The loosing of reputation should be higher every time someone brakes the rules. Something between 10 and 20 points. Breaking the rules should be something people should avoid. Thanks. RE: Loosing reputation - Unknown98 - 04-15-2017 What do you mean exactly by breaking the rules? RE: Loosing reputation - Dokhu - 04-15-2017 Any kind of rules. For example, the most frequent issue, landing with no available gate. RE: Loosing reputation - Unknown98 - 04-15-2017 Perhaps it could be slightly higher... but I think 10-20% is far too much just for one incident like that RE: Loosing reputation - Dokhu - 04-15-2017 The planes are flying permanently and the loss of reputation recovers easily. So losing reputation means nothing. RE: Loosing reputation - Unknown98 - 04-16-2017 Part of the problem is there's currently only one way to lose reputation. There needs to be more factors in play that cause a loss of reputation. Perhaps the rate at which reputation is gained should be decreased as well. RE: Loosing reputation - skifans - 04-16-2017 I think the current levels are about right, 20 to 30 points is far too high. To be honest I'm not really sure but having a gate soups first got reputation, yes there did be a financial penalty from the sorry the airport but who cares if you are parked on a remote stand, maybe i fly to many LCC but it's become what i expect to happen. And I certainly don't moan about it to anyone if it does, i don't think it really has that much an effect on the passenger. RE: Loosing reputation - Unknown98 - 04-16-2017 It may be different in Europe, or maybe I just don't fly often enough, but I've never boarded a plane by going out on the tarmac and using a stair truck. Obviously if the plane is small then it can't attach to a gate, but that's a different scenario. But I have seen a few videos/vlogs of people boarding Ryanair, Easyjet etc on a stair truck instead of the jetway. That in itself shouldn't have much of an effect on the passengers, unless maybe it's raining. What the game simulates is reputation loss due to additional waiting time because the plane couldn't pull up to the gate like was originally planned. Another thing that will affect reputation is delays. Once those are implemented I think it will balance out the reputation a bit. Working on the routes system I think I already have a basic idea of how delays can work as well. RE: Loosing reputation - Ryan97 - 04-16-2017 It varies from airport to airport in Europe. For example here on the UK London Luton airport I don't think has many (if any) air bridges at all. Airports like London Gatwick mainly use Air bridges but there are times that bording/disembark is done using stairs. I know when I flew to Venice Italy, I arrives disembark via stairs and a ferry bus to the terminal, but left by bording via an air bridg. Either way it makes no difference to experience of the flight. Delays on the tarmac however would I guess... RE: Loosing reputation - skifans - 04-17-2017 Delays on the tarmac hadn't occurred to me but seem like an entirely reasonable reason. |
