Purchase/Lease Maintenance and Insurance - PolarMonkey - 12-04-2017

I looked through the rest of the threads, but didn't see anyone mention this, but is it possible to get the maintenance and insurance costs listed for the aircraft when purchasing and leasing new aircraft?

I asked this in the chat. The answer is that the upkeep costs are going to be rolled into a new combined thing, once that implemented unk might implement the cost listing.

Right on, thanks.

Yeah, each aircraft will soon have an hourly operating cost that will take the place of weekly maintenance and insurance payments. Insurance will remain fairly static, but maintenance will depend on how much you fly the aircraft. Fuel will not be a part of the hourly operating cost, that will still be calculated on a per-flight basis and will have it's own category on the income statement.

Will there be a fixed maintenance cost for each family?

Essentially, yes. fixed cost per family and then the additional operating cost per aircraft
