Aircraft Error - Rossiya. - 03-09-2018

Hi. So I was just checking my fleet when I noticed that one of my 737's is still enroute. It was a short hop from Curacao to Aruba and it should've landed by now. It's been almost 2 days, I think. It also show "ERROR" under the aircraft location list. I also noticed that when I clicked on the flight number, it said that the flight wasn't a flight operated by my airline.

Can this be fixed?

It is a bug in the system where it doesn't land your plane successfully and resets the status. It is still in the process of getting fixed.

When the flight is over, it's supposed to move the flight out of active flights and into flight history (which it is doing) and also change the aircraft status from active or in-turnaround, to on-ground (which it is not doing).

Yes, thats what was happening. A flight belonging to that aircraft didn't exist, so there was no flight number to display. Because of that, it just duplicated the flight above it. I've just changed the code to display an error in the "location" column on the fleet page when this happens.

Now I need to figure out what causes the aircraft to not land successfully...

Unk can reset your plane for you, but it may happen again.

Okay, thanks for letting me know.

RE: Aircraft Error - Unknown98 - 03-10-2018

I just synced the aircraft manually again, so it should be fixed for now.

It will likely get stuck again however in the near future. this issue only happens to a very small number of aircraft and only to the same 2-3 airlines (yours and gaff85. and 1 other airline). I have yet to determine what causes it.
