Ability to turn off auto flight numbers - Unknown98 - 03-30-2018

A new section has been added to the account settings page entitled "Gameplay Options".
I have added an option here to allow players to select whether they want flight numbers to auto-increment during the route creation process. In the future we can probably add a number of other options here in order to customize various elements of the game to player's individual tastes.
