How do you raise your credit rating(quickly)? - Jamesthomeson - 05-06-2018

The game was just reset in like what, maybe 3 days ago yet I'm still struggling with my credit. It's the starting stages and I expect to be at a low point for a while but I see other airlines with fleets much larger than mine with "A" and above credit scores.

Does anyone know how I can get my airline like this?

What I did was start off with the smallest loan (I think it's 20mil). Lease 5 aircraft (may account money balance should then reduce to about 17-18mil) then after about 2-3 days I can fully pay off the 20mil loan (which raises my credit rating) and then I have the option to lease up to 145 more aircraft.

Yep, that's just about what I did, and it works. Loans seriously lower credit rating, so try to pay it off as soon as possible. Smile

I started off with 20 Million. I have paid 13 Mill and my credit rating is still C and I have a fleet of 5. I am only earning like 300K a day. Is it normal?

Yes, it is normal. It takes time. It took me around 16 days to increase my credit rating from C to CCC+.

Yes, it is normal. It takes time. It took me around 16 days to increase my credit rating from C to CCC+.

How about this? I am doing just fine? I just returned to playing this game and noticed a huge difference in pace. Thanks.

Well, we had a change in the credit rating calculation, and that might be the key to what you experienced.

It's intentionally programmed so you can't raise it quickly, so the answer to the common question of "how can I raise my credit rating quickly" is essentially "you can't".

FYI the game has not been reset for several months. There is a reset planned in the near future but it has not happened as of yet.
