If I have one or several loans and never pay them. What is the limit or the effect of not paying in addition to the interest increase?

It affects your credit rating to some extent but beyond that there is none

There should be a foreclosure or a criminal lawsuit of some sort to force us to pay.

If the payments show a negative balance to the airline, is this possible for the airline to be deleted? In that case I like it because there are people absent or people who do not plan their expenses..

Yes, eventually I will institute some sort of "bankruptcy" situation, where if your funds are negative and you cannot pay for your expenses, you will have to restart.

Yeah I think that minimum payments are smart - and the bankruptcy is a great idea as well - quite realistic.
