I know I know, me again.
Here's the next issue.

So these are two of the routes I have. As you can see, both are assigned to the same aircraft and both are set to fly on certain days of the week.
I realized the problem today as I had both routes active at the same time and since it's Wednesday, aircraft N502NE should be scheduled to fly to Cancun and back, but I looked at the active flights tab and it was scheduled for SMF and etc.
I thought it had something to do with time zones because I live under EST and the origin airport for the routes is 3 hours behind me but three hours wouldn't make that big a difference would it.

It's a known bug - see issue #29: https://issuetracker.airlineenterprise.com/AirlineEnterprise/IssueTracker/issues/29
I put a patch in last night that I think will fix this but I forgot to patch the initial scheduling code (the code that runs when you activate a route). I'm going to update that part this afternoon.

Thank you so much, I know this is a beta and there's bound to be problems, so I'm glad that you really put effort into making this game great.
