Nice start! I would love to see this evolve into something really cool. OASIS may be interested in launching a partnership with Afrikan, although more details on the airline will be required first.

RE: Afrikan Airlines - Dokhu - 06-16-2018

As OASIS, DOKHU is interested too. We are connecting MDE with a lot of cities in Africa (About 20).

On behalf of Afrikan Airlines, we appreciate your interest. We are committed to working for the benefit of our valued guests and would be delighted to explore with you opportunities for mutually beneficial connections, partnerships and revenue sharing opportunities. We see you serve a significant proportion of our target markets, and feel that we can offer connections, explora passes and benefits to your guests, and for our guests enchanced travel connectivity. However, we would like to question, on your vast route map, why you don't currently serve Tel Aviv and would hope you'll consider forwarding this suggestion to your planning team for consideration.

RE: Afrikan Airlines - Dokhu - 06-17-2018

Thank you very much.

DOKHU has a long list of cities to be served. Tel Aviv is one of them and it will be scheduled pretty soon. Maybe tomorrow or the following day (Every other day). Our route programming depends on the type of aircraft we receive each day. However we will try to serve first in Africa and the Middle East.

70 Airplanes and climbing.... - boerviking - 06-27-2018

Afrikan Airlines, the proud carrier of the spirit of Africa, is pleased to announce significant expansion with the creation of new hubs in Tripoli, Libya; Nairobi, Kenya and Cairo, Egypt truly expanding the airlines pan-African reach.

The airline has also significantly expanded our Lagos Base, with an investment of ten new mid-long-haul airplanes; and a commitment to grow the base moving forward. With the creation of these bases, and due to geographic locations, the airline will also see to tag-on several ‘fifth-freedom’ routes, to increase airplane utilization and offer African connections to even more European cities, where demand does not exist for a direct-air-service.

The airline is not standing still in it’s home country, South Africa, with significant investment in O.R. Tambo; and increased European service from Cape Town, and Durban. The airline has also committed to invest in local airservice; which currently operates on a breakeven aim; as part of it’s corporate social responsibility drive to promote inter-African connectivity. The airline plans to operate at least 250 inter-African routes within the next six months.

Following the significant investment from Shalom Holdings, a proudly Jewish organization, the airline has expanded its fleet to over 70 primary long and mid haul airplanes, and Shalom Holdings have promised continued significant investment moving forward. The airline, and it’s parent organization continues to lobby for increased air service from Tel Aviv; and calls upon an Israeli airline to be created. Afrikan Airlines would happily consider a partnership with any airline established in the promised land. Shall one not materialize in the near future, Shalom Holdings and Afrikan Airlines will consider potential opportunities, although as a truly African airline, and unlike our Korean friends, we don’t want to step in unless a partner can’t be found.
