Cabin Configs/IFE - Unknown98 - 08-06-2018 As you may have noticed, cabin configurations have (mostly) been implemented. You are able to create a configuration and assign it to your aircraft via the aircraft details page. Sometime soon I will implement the "assign to all" function but it is not ready yet. I have just removed the economy plus from the route research page and redistributed the demand display so you can see what the new demands will be. you will notice a boost to economy and premium economy demands - that is the old eco plus demand that has been re-allocated to economy and premium economy. I have NOT yet edited the actual demand formula that is used to calculate passenger numbers for flights. That will likely be done tomorrow. It is a lot of different functions that need tweaking spread across many files and I simply did not have enough time to get through all of them tonight. They need to be changed all at once, I can't remove eco plus from a few functions and leave it in the other functions as that would break the demand for the game. RE: Cabin Configs/IFE - Dokhu - 08-06-2018 Excelent work and beautiful feature Admin. Thanks. RE: Cabin Configs/IFE - Pol20017 - 08-06-2018 It' fantastic, it's great. But could there be a way to see the "raw" demand for a route, the demand with no influence from the airlines already flying it? RE: Cabin Configs/IFE - cttrondonia - 08-06-2018 great notice RE: Cabin Configs/IFE - chaitanya - 08-06-2018 Now just waiting for the new route reputation system! To see if I can use, for example, one a380 instead of two A350s, because now it makes it more difficult. RE: Cabin Configs/IFE - Unknown98 - 08-09-2018 Well, regardless of that you would only be able to fulfill the demand that is available. If other airlines are flying the route they take away some of the demand. I could display the demand without influence from other airlines but it wouldn't reflect the actual demand you would get when flying the route. I have just edited all the demand functions to disable economy plus. Keep an eye on your flights as they schedule and let me know if anything appears to not be working correctly. RE: Cabin Configs/IFE - Unknown98 - 08-19-2018 Small update: The cabin configuration dropdown box on the aircraft details page will now properly default to the currently assigned configuration like it is supposed to. Working on finalizing the IFE implementation as we speak, so flights will use the pricing data you enter. Should be done today. Then I will start on the UI for IFS. Sorry for the week long delay, as I said on chat I've been sick the past week as well as going through interviews for a potential new job, so that has taken up a lot of my time. It's a free game so players cant complain about delays, great updates recently Is there anytime line on Alliances and what they will entail for member airlines, would like to throw a couple of ideas I have |
