I like United (especially since they are a Star Alliance member), but I had always loved Delta for some reason. And honestly, I have never flown on any of those airlines before

Yes, I was looking at flying home from PHX after Harvey hit and Delta wanted me to go PHX>MSP>AUS (I usually fly into HOU/IAH but AUS isn't too far from me either). Just paid the $100 extra to go direct PHX>AUS with Southwest lol
