I compared this game to flightradar24 records, and seems like every flight has a shorter flight time than reality.

I agree. Also, all airlines add a bit of supplemental flight time into schedules so they can say that their flights aren't delayed. So maybe adding 5% onto flight times would help - idk.

Mainly has to do with the speed, airlines rarely fly at the higher speeds.

Yeah, exactly - to save fuel, and to block schedules to avoid reporting delays haha.
