It should have cost 212 million but 288 million got deducted... for 20 aircraft. It worked fine with 10 aircraft though./

Fixed. The 30% discount was only being applied to orders > 20, not >= 20 like it should have been. So if you ordered exactly 20 you'd pay full price.
