6/24/18 - Sale of Great British Air
Effective June 24, 2018, Great British Air is officially now defunct due to it being declared bankruptcy after years of not turning a profit; our major shareholders have pulled away from their investments. Great British Air is now being sold to the highest bidder, where our owned aircraft (~20 aircraft) will be sold. All leased aircraft is now being returned to the lessor.
The current CEO, who has been attempting to make Great British Air profitable has now moved away to found a new US airline Trans American Airlines which will focus on domestic flights.
