Having a zero averaged into rep.

I have to address this, all my planes lack first class and i have noticed that my reputation is impacted from this, i will put my statistics of one flight Moscow, Russia to BJV

From not having F and i have a decent IFS and its free and my seats have ife, my route on a 737-900 is punished for not having F in my reputation, is there any way this can be addressed so we are not penalized for not having F on an aircraft like this on a route that`s not that far?

Overall reputation is supposed to be an overview of the airline or the route as a whole, so an airline that doesn’t offer first class can’t get 100% rep. Higher classes are weighted differently when it comes to calculating the total rep:

Eco: 35%
Prem: 30%
Bus: 20%
First: 15%

Also the overall reputation (in this case 52.96%) is not used in any calculations when determining demand. The formulas use the rep for each class to calculate the demand. So your demand for the other classes are not actually affected by the lack of a first class.

Can we change the formula so that first class is less of a factor in reputation? Nowadays first class is getting more and more rare.

Also, in Airline Empires the reputation system allows for margins, so that you don't need to exactly max out every factor to achieve 100% reputation, but it is not that easy to max reputation still. Maybe if we incorporate that into the system then it will allow for more customization of IFE's and IFS's while still being able to achieve a decent reputation.
