Allow us to set departure times in time zone of user

Hello. I'm new here, but did play Cyber Airlines for a bit before it closed down.

I live in Western Canada, but am running my airline out of Barcelona. One thing that kind of irks me is that I have to manually do a time zone convert to figure out when the departure time over there is, which is irritating. For example, all I wanted to do was set a ferry flight for my 747-400, and now I'm waiting almost an entire day for it to arrive because the time zones were set in local time.

And also, why do I have to wait 2 real-life months to get a pair of ATRs? Could that be sped up please?

I can't change the system to use the user's time zone when creating routes because the local times are integral to calculating the demand for each flight, however I can probably put some kind of comparison to show what the time is in your time zone (similar to how it works on the quick flight page). I'll have to take a look at that.

And 2 months is a long time, there's supposed to be a 3 or 4 week limit on new plane deliveries but I guess that is not working... I'll have to take a look at it. Also during public beta, if you modify your aircraft (change the registration, name, etc) it will instantly deliver the planes.
