How do you set up hubs?

Some airlines seem like they can make routes from more than one base city? How?

Well, they just buy gates at a specific airport and fly their aircraft from there. It's easy as that.

As of right now, there are no real "hubs" in the game. Even the gates at your home airport are just standard gates without any bonuses.
