Airport Lounges
We can select at each airport which class of customers can access them. There can be per customer cost which airline needs to pay and then airline decides would they like to charge their customers or not . The per customer cost which airline needs to pay is like the operating cost.

Good idea I think, hadn't thought of lounges. Just have to consider what effect lounges would have. Perhaps increasing route reputation on routes that leave out of that airport.
