I don't know if this already happens, but could we get an in-game message when a gate lease or an aircraft lease is going to expire soon?

Yeah, that's been on my list, I just haven't got a chance to work on it. You do get a message when a gate lease expires. But not when it is about to expire.

Would it also be possible to get notified when you have an aircraft delivered and when an aircraft lands without an available gate? Also, maybe have a way to select which messages we want to receive in the messages screen.

Probably... I'll see if I can work on that after I get the new routes system up and running.
