How is the infrastructure measured? I can't figure out if it's the number of the employees or whatever it is.
If the needed capacity runs over 2000, what will happen?
Also, did anyone reached level 5 or 6 for their corporate building yet?

It’s the number of employees but only executives, corporate ops, and a portion of the CSA’s. As the other employees don’t work in the corporate building.
It’ll take a lot for it to go over 2000, not sure if that’s ever happened yet. In the future there will be more options like building your own building or maybe having multiple buildings. For now it’s just a simple leasing setup.

Is there a punishment for having a building that isn’t big enough? Just wondering.
