Income Statement

I've begun to fill in some of the spaces on the income statement, for what I can at least. So far the Month to Date column is functional, for the categories that are currently implemented into the game. Obviously there are a lot of categories that have not yet been implemented like payroll, insurance, infrastructure, marketing and so on. As those items are added to the game they'll be added to the income statement.

Total income includes aircraft/infrastructure purchases and sales. 
Operating income does not include aircraft/infrastructure purchases and sales. 

Therefore operating income is a better measure of your airline's financial health as it disregards artificial/one-off revenues and expenses.

Minor change, but Loan Payments have been moved from Operating Expenses to Non-Operating Expenses.
