The law does not allow to decrease the value of the salary after being assigned. It should not be allowed to lower wages.

Maybe it depends on the country... in America there is no law about that, companies lower salary all the time if they need to.

You do bring up a good point though... maybe we should at least limit how much you can lower the salary at one time? The thing is the game does not track the salary, it just calculates the weekly payroll expenditure once a week, each Friday. So whatever the salary values are at Noon GMT on Friday, is what you will pay the employees for the entire week. However it also calculates attrition and training costs at the same exact time so if you have very low salaries you will also have very high training costs. Training costs *should* be higher than simply paying a fair salary, if I did my calculations correctly.
