The new issue tracker is now online and ready to be used!

Please create an account and post your issues there. If you need help, feel free to contact me on the forums, in game, or on Discord, or reply to this thread.

To sign up:

Go to the issue tracker website. 
Click on the register tab on the top right.
Fill out the form, and check the I am not a robot captcha. 
Check your email for the email confirmation, it may take 10-20 minutes for it to arrive. If you don't get a email (if you are using Hotmail) please contact me and I can confirm your email manually.
Start using the issue tracker.

In the future, we plan to have the issue tracker account and game account linked, so you can sign in with a single login.

To open a new issue:
Go to the issue tracker
Click on issues on the left hand nav menu (if not already on the issues page)
Find the green New Issue button and click it
Beside the Title, choose a template.
Fill in your title and the template.
Click on submit issue. You will automatically be notified via email of updates and status of your issue.

This will streamline and organize all of the bug reports and suggestions we get, as well as help with eliminating duplicate submissions which is an issue we've been having as well. 

There is a built-in discussion system in the issue tracker, but if I feel like we need a place on the forums to discuss a particular issue then sw889432 or myself can create a thread for it in the appropriate forum. I'd like to route all future issue reports through the new system, so I've disabled the ability to post a new thread in the suggestions & bug reports forums. But everyone can still view everything as well as post replies to threads that already exist.
