I added the black bits over the top because without them the answer came up in Google googles which I though made it too easy.

Aw geez...well, it's a Cessna Caravan (or Grand Caravan), but it's gonna be really hard to find the airline/operator/exact plane...

Ok, maybe it was too hard. Some hints:
1. Yes it is a Cessna Caravan (or Grand Caravan)
2. A crop showing apart of the airlines logo:
3. This airline doesn't actually exist yet, they plan to begin freight operations within the next few months, with passengers services starting this summer. This have secured the rights for the Cessna Caravan (or Grand Caravan)
4. The airline is promising to offer "uber style" air transport, with charter flights available through an app.
5. Scheduled routes are also being proposed, and despite the size of the Cessna Caravan (or Grand Caravan) aircraft, some routes will run every 15 minuets.
