Too low reputation

Hi, I currently fly some flights that only have some classes, maybe only Y or only J + F and this flights have very low reputations compared to "all classes" flights. Is there anything that I am doing wrong or is something else?

Each class only contributes about 25% reputation maximum, so if you only have 2 classes even at mx it will only be about 60% reputation. It's part of the game design, as Unk said.

Just a quick reminder that "overall reputation" does not affect game play in anyway, just your listing in the airline research page and star ratings (aka "Airline Image")

Airline image is meant to represent overall quality and reputation of your airline. Yes, you do need all classes at perfect reputation to get 100% overall but it is not expected or meant for any airline to achieve 100%, just like in real life nothing is perfectly satisfactory for every single passenger ever.

Your individual class reputation average does affect demand and ticketing.

Yeah I mean personally I'm not sure I love the current punishing total rep because of classes, but I think that it's great that it doesn't affect your load-factor. The class rep system on it's own is pretty great haha.
