I have issues with tonsil stones it seems the older I get the more frequent they become and I do everything that’s supposed to keep them away brush my teeth 3 times a day drink excess amounts of water and eat a lot of onions and garlic and ginger

I was not allowed to eat anything hot, my food had to be freezing cold, drink a lot of water, couldn't talk a lot. Wasn't too bad, but I had a sore throat.
