It was done my the morning. Yes it is, it's a notebook that had some of my old school work on it, it ran word and chrome (and breifly steam in home streaming before an upgrade there). I have and had other better PCs but this one was small and light. If there were any windows limitations I never came across them.

During the Vegas Nascar race this year, one of the teams had their pit box computer shut down and start doing Windows updates right before the start of the race! So they had no PC for the first half hour or so lol.

lol I see that in airports and museums all the time. Hell, one of the displays at AUS didn't even have Windows activated
