Airline Empires and Airline Enterprise are two clearly distinct names, no grounds to sue and unless they copy righted both the name and the AE acronym as a brand related to games like this we should be more than fine.,

Let's be real, we are really only going to use AE within the forum and maybe the games. If you talk about it elsewhere most will not know what you are talking about. For example if I go to Theme Park Review (TPR, but who knows that here?) and say I play AE, I'm going to use the name of the game, not the abbreviation. Remember that some people don't know what CA means.
