Revamped Routes System

It seems to be doubling routes again. No more than double, but doubling nonetheless.

Thats strange. There's lots of little things I've noticed. Even the forums, idk how it is for you guys but for me the "like" button has been replaced with an image of a magnifying glass instead of the thumbs up/down.


We're currently looking at the server config to see if something in there might be causing some of this.

Yes i can see that too. Also some odd letters on the game are being replaced with a ? Symbol. Strange

I know Lihue and MSP were like that but now Cancun is doing it too. Who knows.

This is also quite odd, it seems to be scheduling multiple different flights under the same number. I know the system randomizes numbers but it's happening quite a number of times...

Who knows... I'm still trying to fix route creation. You should never get the same flight number anyways, because it checks to make sure the random number that is generated does not exist in an active flight.

The special characters not working may have something to do with database character sets, I can check it although it's using the same as the previous server used.

At this stage any flight that I had setup as a quick flight since the server move are all still flying, the majority of scheduled flight are not working and the aircraft are locked and cant be used unless I delete the route, all flights are under the same flight number, and when I ry to click on the flight it is saying that its not a flight from my company or something along those lines.

Route creation should be fixed now. The flight number issue may be database related, now that I know what the problem was for route creation maybe it is a similar problem with flight numbers... I'll have to check some things.

I think tomorrow I will probably perform a "reset" of the flights/routes, I won't be deleting any routes but instead just resetting their status and landing all aircraft. But I need to fix some of these things first, like the flight numbers, route times and route duplication.
