New credit rating has been implemented, and the spreadsheet is posted here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1...sp=sharing (also updated first post)
Changed the steps a bit more and put a cap on the modifier that calculates your ability to pay leases.
I think this balances it out some. I think I'll leave it like this for a while and see how it plays out once we add the new maintenance costs and such.
