As an actual airline employee; I'm very keen in having the most motivated and happiest staff in the game (whilst not going out of business for being an anti-competitive). What's your average attrition rate and tips to improve employee satisfaction?

Happiness of all my employees is between 92 and 98 percent.

Attrition Rate is between 0 (for my Executives) and 3.48 percent.

My hourly pay is 2 to 3 dollars more than industry average.

My reserves are 2 to 6 % more than the game defaults.
