How to increase prices on individual routes

Is their a way to increase prices on certain routes? I mean I see changing the default price but is there a way to change a price on an individual route?

Go To “Manage Airline” --> “routes” --> “Edit” --> Change Flight # --> Go To “Manage Airline” --> “Flight Numbers” --> Change ticket prices.
