Always go into a mess

I assign two routes to the same aircraft, ABA and BAB. One aircraft(id=32930) can fly switch between ABA and BAB, the other(id=32929) cannot, always go to a mess, why?

I found a difference is the aircraft that can switch between two routes have every flight scheduled, but the aircraft with id=32929 has some flight not scheduled, causing the flight to choose the wrong route.

If the route is A -> B -> A and the second route is B -> A -> B that wouldn't work as the start/end destinations are different airports... or am I misunderstanding?

There must be some issues with the route scheduling logic still, some users have reported that two routes will schedule at once (so an aircraft will be flying two flights at the same time) - obviously that is not intended and needs to be looked into. I think all these issues are connected so when I get a chance I need to look over the code and see what is wrong and why these issues are happening occasionally.
