Well, if you just miss an A check it wouldn’t be such a huge deal, but maybe if you miss a D check? Also - an auto scheduler for checks would work well I think.

If I'm not mistaken, it's the D check that lasts for a few weeks and costs a goldmine? If yes, then you are right. I actually got the idea from Airway Sim which I read somewhere here that you also play(I don't anymore) so there you go.

D check lasts for a few months IIRC. A check is weekly, B check is monthly and takes 24 hours, C check is... somewhere in between B and D

![]() As for checks, I believe that A check is actually a set number of hours, but airwaysim doesn't have a way of simulating that, so they just have you do it once a week since that's roughly equivalent.

D checks tend to be done in weeks depending on the plane size, it is more a case of it needing a LOT of people and manhours to do.
