Hi, I have seen some airports with a lot of potential that aren't used as much as they could. And my question is: would I be able to start a new base to fly to other parts of the world from that airport or planes should first start at my current base airport and then fly to the other airports via the non utilised one?

yes . If airplanes have to start at my HQ airport or not.

Atm they can start anywhere, next patch will change such things however.

Also kind request to refrain from all caps titles and such.

Yeah, political restrictions will cripple some strategies. Would be much more interesting to play though.
