My airline is making a profit but only 150 out of 400 planes are moving.

When will the next reset be coming? I just left SIN to start a new airline in Europe, but somehow every time I start a good route with little competition, Singapore Airlines would make an appearance and I would lose passengers! And the competitor does not fly unrealistically either; he just hogs all the good routes and any other that can earn decent profits. He is all over the world by now, an airline from tiny Singapore! If the game can be made so unprofitable by just one airline among 450+, how would all of us fare when we have thousands of players?

Its all about strategy. I'm making good profits from gas guzzlers. Just don't fly the popular routes and load your planes with good expensive seats.

You gotta work through it that’s what I did cause whoever has lemonline who isn’t even based in Miami would fly 742’s on every route very few routes I flew they didn’t fly and now they shut down a lot of routes I fly which I guess is cause the competition was too much for them which tbh whoever runs that airline annoys the crap out of me cause they fly unrealistically and took my airlines real life IATA code LL

Well the point that Anzatax is trying to make is that he wants to be realistic. You can’t be realistic flying tiny routes with no real life demand, and filling your planes with premium seats that have no real life demand.

That is what I meant, yes. The main problem is one airline based in my original home base of Singapore, who, although he does not exactly spam his routes, always manages to make a presence as a major competitior wherever I decide to start a route. We only have about 500 airlines now, with most of them playing on and off, so what would happen when our player numbers really increase greatly?

Well you'll have to get to 100% fastest and take over routes. Then you can lower the prices and kick everyone else out

Hopefully before December for the next reset but it just depends on how much free time I have as all my time is taken up now either with work or with moving, dealing with furniture deliveries and all that. 

Speaking of cars what are the dream cars of people here?

To me R34 GTR V-spec II as somewhat realistic some day perhaps and a Lexus LFA as in I will never be able to own one

Can I have two?   My next vehicle will probably be a Hummer H1, then I would love to have a V8 Vantage as well. You can get one '09-'13 range for $40-$60k.
