Delay of launch

Due to orders from CAAC, we regret to announce that our launch date has been changed from 15th December to 12th January. This is because of discussions we regards to the airport that we will be serving in Beijing after the opening of Beijing Daxing International Airport, as well as restrictions we faced with our operations at Shanghai Pudong International Airport. As a result, we will be offering all passengers that have booked tickets from 15th December to 11th January the following options:

1. A 100% refund via mode of payment
   
2. A 115% refund in Vouchers for further travel with the airline
   
3. A 125% refund in points for Phoenix Club members, which can be converted into airline tickets or with our fellow partner companies for other purposes (only valid for Phoenix Club members)
   

Furthermore, due to the reallocation of our slots, as well as varying degrees of demand for some routes, we have changed our starting flight schedule below, so as to cater to the demand. As attached will be our updated flight schedule. Affected passengers booked on tickets from 12th January has been informed via email for more details.
